I post all these images and realise that they lose their meaning a little without a context. So, here's an explanation.
The Genjitsu book was originally just meant to be random pieces of art and illustrations or whatever, doing a piece every day for a year, I was going to dub it "Words and Pictures", but that wasn't inspiring enough for me and i also realised the book only has around 200 pages.
So, I changed it to 元日(Japanese for new year's day) and I decided to try and do a piece every day until the book is full (about 200 days).
Each piece incorporates events or emotions from the day in either the words or the illustration.
I find it hard to articulate my thoughts and emotions visually without words so that's why nearly all of them have a little quote or something (most of which are just things that I think to myself).
